1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement regulates the legal relationship between the User of BitMedia website (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the Administration of this website (hereinafter referred to as the Administration), arising in the process of using the services of this website. The agreement prescribes the basic rights and obligations of the parties, and responsibilities that arise in the case of a default on obligations.

      7. The Administration of this site does not guarantee that User’s advertising will bring him money and any other income (dividends).
      8. Requirements for the quality of promotional materials are as follows:
         • A displayed URL should demonstrate the content of URL landing page. It is forbidden to mislead Users manipulating the name and content of the displayed URL (for example, to set display URL – google.com, and then send Users to facebook.com).
         • It is forbidden to place ads using common phrases that do not allow Users to determine the approximate content of the ad before they click on it (for example: “Buy our products” is forbidden, while “Buy our green T-Shirts” is allowed).
         • It is forbidden to use letters, numbers, symbols and words in order to enhance the visual image of ads, but not their content (for example, FREEE!!!”, “FR-E-E-E!, DOLLAR$$).
         • Links to websites that are in the process of developing, parked domain sites or broken sites are not allowed.
      9. Websites that are not displayed (cannot be viewed) in the most commonly used modern browsers are not accepted.

   3. BitMedia does not require the confirmation of the product ownership to advertise it.
   4. If the ad is placed illegally and there is either a proof thereof or the complain of the owner of the product, the administration reserves the right to resort to the following measures:
      • deactivate the ad bloсks
      • freeze the funds, held on the account balances
      • block the account

3. TRAFFIC REQUIREMENTS

   1. The Administration checks the traffic, which the User uses several times, including the application of internal and external anti-fraud systems for its compliance with the standards of the website.
   2. In case when the traffic is inconvertible, the funds paid by the User will not be returned, since the Administration does not guarantee that the User shall gain a profit. The primary purpose of the website is to enable the User to advertise.
   3. If the system of automatic or manual traffic analysis reveals the evidence of fraud that led to the loss of User’s funds, the funds can be docked from the Publisher’s account and returned to the User’s account.
   4. BitMedia guarantees correspondence of the display of advertisements to the chosen options of targeting, defined by the user for his advertising campaign.

4. PAYMENT

   1. All transactions conducted via this website are calculated in Bitcoins.
   2. Before the beginning of advertising, the User has to top up his main account for a certain amount of Bitcoins. For verification, Bitcoin-transaction has to pass at least three network confirmations. Afterwards, the funds will be available for financing advertising campaigns.
   3. The User undertakes to follow all necessary steps to ensure that only he has the access to his account, in order to prevent identity and money theft.
   4. After the User has paid for advertising, the money is not refundable.
